What attracted me to join was the reputation – first and foremost. I wanted a company that I knew I would have stability with. I’ve been in retail now for 24 years and I wanted a company that would give me a clear direction in terms of career progression and I wanted somewhere that knew where they were going. And that’s one of the reasons why I chose Next.

I love it, absolutely love it. It knows what its doing, knows where it’s going, it’s an organised company. It’s got clear structure in terms of who does what role and although the teams are quite big, the chain of command in terms of communication is quite small. It is very good – you work as part of a team but you also work on an individual level as well.
