How We Recruit

We’re always looking for exciting new talent to join our store teams. And, although the application process may be slightly different depending on the role, this is how joining our team works.

Online Application

Search this website for any roles you’re interested in and apply. For some roles we may also ask you to take a short personality test, to see how well you’d be suited to the job.

Pre-Selection

If your application has been successful, our Store Recruitment Team will get in touch and maybe invite you to take a short telephone interview. After that, we’ll get back to you within two days to talk about the next steps.

In Store Assessments

Depending on what role you’re applying for, we’ll invite you to a short assessment. If you’ve applied for a management role these assessments may include presentations, practical exercises relating to the job and some competency tasks. We’ll be in touch quickly to let you know how you got on.

Job Offer

This is the best bit! It means you’ve shown us all the great qualities needed for the job you applied for. All that happens now is that we’ll invite you in for an induction and look forward to welcoming you into the team.
