You can now take the first step in a rewarding long-term career with the highly regarded Next training programme based at our modern Next Head Office in Leicester.

• You can apply at any time for start dates throughout the year and, depending on your development, you could complete the programme in less than 18 months.
• We typically recruit between 70 and 80 Trainees each year across all four roles.
• When your first join you’ll be assigned a ‘buddy’ within your team to support you in the early days.
• Your training will be structured and will be staggered throughout your Trainee Programme.
• You’ll find all the encouragement you need to succeed in your chosen field, plus help and support with accommodation in the first few weeks after your move to Leicester.
• To join us you’ll need a degree level qualification, or equivalent, or relevant industry experience. If you are degree qualified, your passion and commitment are far more important to us than the subject you studied.
• We also have twelve-month placements available, so just check our website between October and November for details.
• We offer a competitive starting salary of £18,685 for our permanent Trainee positions.
