Working in Our Warehouse Team

Being one of Britain’s biggest retailers, with a rapidly growing online business means our behind-the-scenes operation has to be efficient, fast and very, very big.

It’s all about getting the right product to the right place in the most efficient way, and whether you’re working in logistics, technology or with the systems software that keeps our warehouse flowing, you’ll be doing a busy, important and rewarding job.

That’s why, as well as looking for great skills and impressive experience, we want people with energy, a positive attitude and a real commitment to helping exceed the expectations of customers all over the world.

A Bit More About Us

To help you get a picture for just how huge an operation this is, what if we told you that we employ over 7,000 people across our different distribution sites?

But our Warehouse Team is about much more than size. We handle over 350 million units a year, so it’s vital that everything we do is precise. That’s why we’ve invested so much in the technology we use, some of the most advanced of its kind.

And of course, great technology needs great people to make it work. Which is why, when you join our Warehouse Team we do all we can to support and develop you, giving you the benefits, opportunities and career path your energy and passion deserves.

Warehouse Team Roles

However you see yourself fitting in to our Warehouse Team, you’ll be welcomed by talented and friendly people, who are committed to giving you all the support you need to succeed.

Senior Team Coach

After graduating from university Dorota soon started working here at Next. She loves how being here has helped her learn new ways of communicating with people, and she enjoys working for a business that motivates her through the chance to learn lots of new skills.

Jamie loves the freedom and flexibility that comes with being a Driver for Next. As well as enjoying the variety of the job and meeting different people, Jamie finds that the role gives him plenty of time outside of work to spend with his family, doing the things he loves.

Design Assistant

Natalie joined us on our graduate scheme. Since then she has been involved in big projects all over the business, including in her current role as a Design Assistant. She’s already built the beginnings of a great career and believes she gets all the support she needs to go far at Next.
