**Champion operational standards** by keeping critical infrastructure documentation accurate, ensuring strict compliance with security policies and shaping seasonal budget recommendations.
**Act as a point of technical escalation**, stepping into Major Incident support when needed to guide troubleshooting efforts and restore vital services quickly.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Proven leadership capability**, with a natural knack for motivating technical engineers, delegating tasks effectively and cultivating an open, inclusive team environment without egos.
**A strong conceptual framework** of core network infrastructure principles and architectures, WiFi technologies, network monitoring and firewalls.
**Grounded operational or project management expertise**, comfortably working within large corporate environments and aligning with ITIL processes for change, request, problem and incident management.
**Excellent communication and stakeholder skills**, allowing you to present updates clearly, make informed decisions and collaborate transparently across multiple business areas.
**An innovative problem-solving mindset**, balanced with sharp attention to detail, a proactive approach to process improvement and the resilience to handle busy corporate moments calmly.
**Integrity and a commitment to growth**, showing a genuine enthusiasm for learning from both successes and setbacks, keeping it real and staying ahead of emerging industry trends.
