Being one of Britain's biggest retailers, with a rapidly growing furniture business, means our in-house manufacturing unit has to be quality focused, efficient and responsive to customer needs.
It's all about producing the right product to the right standard in the most efficient way. Whether you're working in design and development, planning, frame assembly or upholstery, you'll be doing a busy, important and rewarding job.
That's why, as well as looking for great skills and impressive experience, we want people with energy, a positive attitude and a real commitment to helping exceed the expectations of customers all over the world.
Joining the business 9 years ago, Ryan was involved in the creation of Next Furniture Manufacturing and has continued to contribute to the team as an upholsterer. This opportunity has given him excellent skills within the manufacturing sector.
From fabric for covers to timber for frames, Joanne is responsible for the buying of all materials required to make our own sofas. She’s built up contacts with over 40 suppliers and has become a technical expert in her area, which helps her make sure that Next sells products of the highest quality possible.
