With so many customers, stores and ways to shop, we spread our customer service operation out across three key sites.
Our Enderby call centre is open 24 hours a day, with over 800 people helping to support our customers all over the world. It’s here that we deal with any specific home and credit queries and work to resolve any complaints.
Our Gedding Road call centre in Evington is where we look after any general enquiries, with more than 740 people helping our customers every day of the week.
And finally, our newest call centre in Doncaster is also responsible for providing first-line support for any general customer enquires.
Getting to all of our three call centres is easy. Our Enderby call centre is located close to the M1 and M69 (with free parking) or, if you’re travelling by train, we provide a free bus service from the city centre. Our Evington site is based on the outskirts of Leicester city centre, with frequent public bus services running close to the call centre. Finally, our call centre in Armthorpe is on the M18, only 6 miles away from Doncaster city centre.
