Retail is at the heart of our operations, with our store team members being key ambassadors for our brand. Our stores are designed to provide a complete retail experience for our customers: from on-site Costa Coffee shops to Waterstones bookshops to Virgin Atlantic travel agents.
Leicestershire
Our NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester offers a ‘campus’ energy, with restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of meeting space. We even have an on-site nursery rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. The Barn Office in Market Harborough offers bright open spaces with collaboration at its core, and our customer service operation in Radar Road provides a welcoming and collaborative hub for our teams.
South Elmsall, Yorkshire and Doncaster
We’ve got distribution centres all over the UK, with the global hub of our business based in Pontefract, Yorkshire. This is where an item starts its journey before being shipped across the globe. Social Responsibility
Social responsibility is woven into everything we do. From cutting our carbon footprint nearly in half to sourcing more responsible materials than ever before, we’re proving that style and sustainability go hand in hand.
Responsibility and circularity
Over half of our key materials already come from responsible or recycled sources and we are committed to responsibly sourcing our products and increasing traceability of our supply chain and raw materials. Our circular initiatives include garment repair trials at Reiss, resale of pre-loved designer handbags on our Seasons platform and investing in design for reduced environmental impact.
Protecting our workers
This year, we carried out 2,402 supplier audits, set up grievance channels in eight countries and trained hundreds of people face-to-face to ensure fair, safe and respectful workplaces. We do not tolerate any instance of modern slavery in our business or within our supply chain, ensuring our workers are treated honestly and fairly, and their human rights protected.
Supporting our communities
We want to support causes that make a real difference, with a focus on supporting charities and organisations that have an impact in the countries and communities we source from and operate in. This includes over £2.8m donated to 244 charities in 2024/25 and hosting over 24 wellbeing events for our teams.
Tackling climate change
We’re designing a future that’s better for the planet. We are committed to minimising our environmental impact by reducing the carbon intensity of our activities and the natural resources we use. We’ve cut our emissions by 47% since 2016/17, kept 97% of our waste out of landfill and are on track to meet SBTi-approved climate goals.
