We are working to lower our environmental impact by focusing on what we can directly control. Alongside a cleaner energy grid that reduces our operational footprint, we are actively transitioning our supply chain to verified, lower-impact materials.

Product, supply chain and Circularity

We are actively focusing on material switching, aiming for 100% of our key raw materials to be sourced from independently verified, lower-impact options by 2030. We prioritise third-party certified materials to replace conventional alternatives. This ambition is supported by expanding our supply chain traceability and driving circular initiatives, such as our online take-back trial with SATCoL and product team workshops for recyclability.

Managing Climate Risk

We are committed to minimising our environmental impact by reducing the carbon intensity of our activities and the natural resources we use. Through these efforts, we have reduced our absolute operational carbon emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 52% against a 2016/17 baseline, diverted 98% of our operational waste from landfill, and established carbon reduction targets aligned with the SBTi approach and methodology.
