Our Call Centre

Team Coach

Beena joined us as a Customer Service Advisor and discovered a love for providing exceptional customer service. She’s now progressed up to the role of Team Coach, helping others in the team to develop their service skills.


Business Systems Co-Ordinator

Iryna first joined our International Call Centre, helping English and Russian-speaking customers. With the skills she learnt here, she quickly moved into the Business Systems Team where she now helps online customers have a great shopping experience.


HR Advisor

Surrounded by a great team of inspirational professionals, Jess has already learned so much about her role. Her manager has encouraged her every step of the way, including nominating her for external training. And, as if all that wasn’t enough, Jess loves how many perks and rewards she gets here too!
