When you join our team you’ll get all the training and support you need to feel happy and in control with your new job.
You’ll receive extensive training on all our computer and phone systems so that you’ll feel confident and comfortable when it comes to actually speaking to customers. We’ll also pay you throughout your whole training period and offer flexible evening, weekend or daytime training sessions to fit easily into your schedule.
Once you’ve settled in there are two more levels of training for you to go through, each one helping you develop a complete understanding of how to give outstanding customer service.
And because we keep an eye out for exceptional talent, you may well find yourself being offered the chance to train for more senior roles.
