We know that when we find people with a passion for retail, fashion and our business, we need to make sure we hold on to them. That’s why the 3000+ people who work here at Head Office – whether it’s in Finance, Technology, Marketing, Buying or Design – are all given the support and opportunities they need to do great things.
And in return, what we expect (and see every single day) from our team is the commitment, drive and inspiration to help us succeed as a business. Whether you’re developing our latest Technology system, balancing the budgets or designing a new range of bedding, if you’re up for a challenge and really want to make a difference then we want to hear from you.
There’s so much variety at our Head Office, with fantastic opportunities for all kinds of unique skill-sets. But, whichever of these roles is right for you, we’re always looking for talent, passion and a great personality.
