Sophie wanted to come and work for Next after spotting the vibrant window displays in store. With her background in fashion and visual merchandising, she enjoys having free reign to create wonderful editorial shoots using a huge variety of props and accessories.
Susie has worked within creative departments in the retail industry for over 17 years, in roles including in styling, retouching, and managing product, shoot teams and studios. She enjoys the creative freedom and the support at Next, which allows her to share and implement new ideas and projects.
Matt has grown up with Next, starting out in Store as a Sales Assistant during his time as University. Since becoming a Photographer in 2016, he’s enjoyed the challenge and variety the Studio brings everyday. His favourite thing about his role is the thought of millions of people worldwide seeing the images he creates!
Studio Production Manager
James joined in 2017 to set up Lipsy’s first in-house photographic studio. He has worked previously as a Photographer and Retoucher, which he’s able to apply to his Next role on a daily basis. James enjoys developing his team whilst managing the production of creative and product imagery for Lipsy and their Brands.

Dan relocated to Leicester from London, and has been working in the Next Studios for 2 years. He feels that the creative freedom, and the investment in both people and equipment have enabled the teams to exceed all expectations over the last year.
No day is the same for Jay. One day he’ll be helping with lighting, the next he’ll be cutting up watermelons with a handsaw! He loves the variety and versatility that comes with his role, and regularly draws on his artistic background to help produce results.
With an impressive 19 years at Next under her belt, Marsha has worked for a variety of teams across the business. Residing in the studio, Marsha enjoys coordinating photo shoots and demonstrating her creative flair. Fun fact: even her dog has been a Next model.
Studio Operations Manager
Joining in 2008, Amanda set up the first in-house Studio for Next in London. Since then, she has enjoyed some amazing challenges and opportunities, and currently oversees the whole studio operation. She enjoys the variety of her role, which brings exciting new projects and the chance to work with a diverse creative team.
Post Production Supervisor
At University Amee studied Fashion Product Innovation, and feels Next delivers on her fashion industry craving. She enjoys the training, incentives, support and most importantly good cake and COFFEE!
