Susie has worked within creative departments in the retail industry for over 17 years, in roles including in styling, retouching, and managing product, shoot teams and studios. She enjoys the creative freedom and the support at Next, which allows her to share and implement new ideas and projects.

Matt has grown up with Next, starting out in Store as a Sales Assistant during his time as University. Since becoming a Photographer in 2016, he’s enjoyed the challenge and variety the Studio brings everyday.  His favourite thing about his role is the thought of millions of people worldwide seeing the images he creates!

A little bit about what we shoot where...

Hemel Studio: We shoot predominately still life for Next Home, packaging and fashion accessories for online.

Premier Park Studios: We shoot Lipsy model and still life fashion, Next Fashion and Home Lifestyle imagery for print.

Leicester Studios: We shoot ‘everything’…and do a lot of our model and video fashion shoots for online and print here.

Elmsall Studios: We shoot Next Fashion and Home product, including still life and model shoots, as well as social media content.

All sites are multi functional and we can shoot any of the above at any site, as all of our studios are full equipped with the latest equipment and facilities…and ‘multi-skilled’ teams!

Next Steps

If you impress us with your skills and experience, we'll naturally want to talk to you face to face at an interview with the Hiring Manager.

As these roles are hands on, we will also invite you in for a practical test so you can get a feel for the equipment and environment and show us first hand what you can do.

On going development

When you join us, no matter what role you’ll be starting, will give you all the support and training you need – beginning with a thorough induction to life in the Studio.

In fact, your first weeks at Next will feature inductions into all areas of the Studio and hands on training with experienced members of the team. This training is designed to give you all the information you need to succeed in your role.
