Summary

We are looking for a Digital Media Lead to join our Total Platform Media team. Based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

Total Platform is an exciting business-to-business online service that offers brands a full solution for eCommerce, including website, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing and customer data management. We let brands focus on their product and creative, and we drive their new online business forward including innovations, sales, operations and technology developments.

About the role

As a Digital Media Lead, you will report to the Head of Paid Media and take responsibility for the activity of our joint venture partners, providing the strategic vision and direction needed to achieve our goals. With a passion for eCommerce, you will develop and deliver data driven performance marketing campaigns that drive growth and maximise profitable sales from both new and existing customers. Drawing on your experience managing multi channel campaigns, you will work accurately at pace and collaborate closely with our media agency and key search partners to ensure our performance campaigns are a success.

What you’ll take on

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals, objectives and action plans - monitoring progress towards strategic milestones.
  • Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth.
  • Align processes, resource planning and strategic goals with the overall strategy.
  • Identifying issues, developing hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision makers.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and mentoring junior members of the team.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven years of working experience within the Digital Marketing industry.
  • A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly.
  • Effective team player; can do attitude.
  • Intermediate to advanced level user of Microsoft Excel.
  • A relevant degree - Business, Digital Marketing, Maths or IT.
