Summary

The Role:

Our team is renowned for creating market leading windows and in-store displays in the retail industry. As an Area Display Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products within designated areas. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in creating captivating displays that attract customers and drive sales. You will work closely with the Display Manager to ensure that our brand image is effectively communicated through visually appealing and strategically positioned displays.

This is a field-based role with a company car, covering Essex & Central London , travelling throughout the region. This role will also include a uniform allowance

What You'll Take On:

  • Dressing & styling of the mannequins and display features within the Fashion & Home windows in a number of stores across your area.
  • Installing different seasonal looks in the window by installing new window schemes and equipment.
  • Following a programme of store visits in your area on a rolling 3 week schedule.
  • Working alongside others in your area as part of the regional display team, whilst also thriving on your own initiative.
  • Collaborate with the Display Manager to develop visually engaging displays that showcase products effectively.
  • Ensure that displays are well-maintained and kept clean and organised at all times.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, while performing display-related tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of display setups, changes, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate regularly with store management teams to notify of planned visits.

What You'll Bring:

  • You’ll be fashion trend-focused, with a creative background.
  • A strong attention to detail and creative flair.
  • Understanding the NEXT customer profile.
  • A valid UK driving licence is also essential to this role.
  • Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and overnight stays when required.
  • Physical ability to lift and move display materials as required.
