  • Own the Product Content & Transformation team, ensuring items go live within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and optimising content.
  • Drive content efficiencies using automation and AI.
  • Be responsible for product attribution, driving coverage with AI and maintaining accuracy using automated rules and checks.
  • Partner with data science to optimise marketing feeds with relevant product data, maximising offsite traffic from platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Collaborate with other eCommerce trading functions, including International and total platform, on key trading strategy and developments.
  • Analyse product purchase performance metrics, user behavior and customer insights to identify growth opportunities in the sales funnel.
  • Deliver weekly sales performance and in week insights to maximise sales potential.
  • Refine and optimise the overall customer journey through data driven approaches and testing.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and eCommerce trends.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for future enhancements across the Product Detail Page (PDP), shopping bag, favorites, registration and checkout.
  • Collaborate extensively with key teams across the eCommerce division.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience within an eCommerce leadership role, with the ability to manage cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to interpret user behavior, identify trends and implement data driven strategies that improve funnel metrics.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and A/B testing methodologies, with a commitment to continuous site optimisation.
  • A passion for the end to end user journey and a deep understanding of global eCommerce trends to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
