About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, commercially minded and forward-thinking Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team.

Working across Lipsy, you’ll play a key role in elevating our social presence - bringing campaigns to life, driving engagement and keeping the brand at the forefront of the fashion conversation.

This role goes beyond day-to-day posting. You’ll contribute to campaign planning, content direction, social shoots and real-time trend response, with a strong understanding of what drives performance across platforms.

As a digital storyteller, you’ll shape how Lipsy shows up across social - creating content that captures our brand world, resonates with our audience and delivers results.

You will...

  • Play a key role in bringing the Lipsy brand to life across social channels, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social-first campaign moments, ensuring content is culturally relevant and performance-driven
  • Support the creation and delivery of weekly and monthly content plans aligned to brand priorities and key trading moments
  • Manage end-to-end social execution, from campaign rollouts to daily channel management
  • Identify and react to emerging trends, translating them into Lipsy-relevant content at pace
  • Work closely with PR and influencer teams to support talent partnerships and maximise content impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising and Creative to align on product stories and content direction
  • Attend campaign shoots and events to capture high-quality, social-first content (iPhone-led photography and video)
  • Analyse performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimise future activity
  • Present ideas, plans and results to key stakeholders across the business
  • Support in community management, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand voice
  • Take ownership of sample management and coordination for social activity
  • Support the briefing and execution of monthly newsletters, email marketing and onsite assets, ensuring alignment with social campaigns and brand priorities

Your Talent…

  • Extensive previous experience in a Social Media role, ideally within fashion or retail
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and content performance
  • A creative eye with a commercial mindset - understands what looks good and what drives results
  • Confident working across both campaign and reactive content
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, ideas-driven and solutions-focused
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong sense of tone of voice
  • Confident in capturing and editing content (iPhone-led photography and video)
