Summary

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

The Role
This is a genuinely exciting role that sits right at the heart of how NEXT brings brands to life online. You'll be the go-to person connecting our Trend and Branded Product teams with eCommerce — making sure the right brands get the right exposure, at the right time, across our UK and International channels. You'll take the lead on our brands social platforms, planning and posting content that gets people talking, and you'll be front and centre when it comes to new brand launches — making sure everything looks brilliant and lands with impact on site. If you love brands, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and know how to get the best out of 3rd party relationships, this one's for you.

What You’ll Take On
Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Be the primary liaison between the Trend, Marketing, and Branded Product teams, ensuring seamless communication and a unified approach to content and product storytelling.
  • Gather and deliver key insights from the Brands Trends team on emerging directions, seasonal stories, and customer appetite.
  • Partner closely with the eCommerce department to align brand campaign assets with campaign calendars, promotional activity, and website trading priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks in asset delivery.

Running our branded social platforms

  • Own our branded social channels — planning the calendar, creating engaging content and keeping everything fresh and on-brand.
  • Bring individual brand identities to life through content that feels right for each platform and each audience.
  • Track performance closely and use data to shape future content strategy, sharing results and learning regularly with the team.
  • Stay on top of platform trends so our brands always feel current and easy to find.

New brand launches

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination for every new brand launch, managing all necessary insights, imagery, and assets across both UK and International sites.
  • Work directly with Branded Product teams and external brands to get the content you need, on time and to the right standard.
  • Pull all the moving parts together so that every brand launch goes live smoothly and makes a real impression. Ensure a seamless and impactful go-live for every brand launch by coordinating all contributing elements.

Planning & Project Management

  • Develop and maintain a branded content calendar that aligns perfectly with seasonal launches, key retail moments, and the wider Next trading plan.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working across the Branded, Trend, and Marketing teams.

Being a great collaborator and brand champion

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with all stakeholders, from internal Product and Trend teams to your external brand partners
  • Communicate updates clearly and persuasively, tailoring your message to resonate with your immediate team and senior leadership alike.
  • Champion brand visibility in everything you do, inspiring and bringing others along with your vision.

What You’ll Bring

  • You'll need proven experience in product marketing, content, and managing 3rd party brand relationships—ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You are confident and strategic in prioritising brands based on key commercial objectives and significant sales potential.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
  • Superb stakeholder management skills and the ability to confidently influence cross-functional teams (Product, eCommerce, PR).
  • You're motivated, professional, and thrive when performing effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
