Summary

We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to join our International Third Party marketplaces team! Based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

The Role:

The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 83 international markets. They drive exciting product launches, strategic promotions and collaborate with leading third-party platforms to maximise sales and brand visibility worldwide.

As an eCommerce Trading Manager working in our International Third Parties team, you will be the key stakeholder and commercial driver for our Amazon marketplace ecosystem across Amazon EU (Germany, France, Spain, Italy) and Amazon USA, with the scope to expand into future global markets. Leveraging your deep product knowledge, platform expertise, and strategic marketing skills, you will drive trading, maximise profitability and maintain pristine account health.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Monitor daily trading data (Sales, Traffic, Conversion) across multiple categories (Fashion & Homeware) to identify growth pockets and deliver concise weekly updates to directors.
  • Take full accountability for the Amazon P&L, driving profitability, managing platform risks and delivering innovative strategies around key events like Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • Manage daily operations via Amazon Seller Central, safeguarding global Account Health Scores and swiftly resolving platform issues.
  • Review and optimise Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to maximise CTR and conversion, while overseeing targeted advertising spend to drive incremental sales.
  • Act as the primary person for Amazon account teams while collaborating internally with inventory and product teams to scale listing performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience within an eCommerce role - within a retail or international environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing an Amazon business via Seller Central (experience with EU/US markets and fashion brands is highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce trends and analytics, with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends and implement evidence based strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate complex data and ideas into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, easily adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on the customer experience.
  • Accurately identifies own development needs and is eager to continuously learn and upskill.
  • Comfortable with occasional international travel.
