Summary

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Partner to join our Digital Marketing team on a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)! Based from either our Central London office or our Enderby, Leicestershire Head Office.

The Role:

NEXT stocks over 700 brands on Next.co.uk and many work with us to create bespoke marketing campaigns to increase their exposure and ultimately bolster revenue for the long term. The Brand Partnerships team create best in class marketing campaigns that drive real commercial results.

As Brand Marketing Partner, you’ll own our multibrand digital campaigns for Fashion, Sports, Beauty and Kids brands, working across key product moments including Summer, Back to School and Christmas. You’ll work alongside the Lead Brand Marketing Partner and collaborate closely with NEXT’s paid media, eCommerce, Buying and Creative teams, as well as external brand partners, to deliver integrated multi brand campaigns that inspire customers and hit KPIs.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and can keep multiple campaigns moving at once without dropping the ball on detail.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Alongside the Lead Brand Marketing Partner, lead the end to end project management of NEXT multibrand campaigns - from bespoke proposals and commercial packages through to budget management and delivery.
  • Work alongside the Brand Marketing team on creative execution for each campaign.
  • Partner closely with Brand Trading Managers to align across onsite touchpoints.
  • Coordinate Paid and Owned media channels to ensure campaigns land seamlessly.
  • Keep the wider Brand Partnerships team informed with clear project updates and timelines.
  • Produce comprehensive campaign performance reports with clear take outs for brand stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity and social trends, reporting back formally at least quarterly.

What You’ll Bring:

A confident communicator and natural collaborator who brings energy and organisation to everything you do. As well as:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or partnerships role, ideally within eCommerce, fashion or beauty.
  • Strong project management skills - you can handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and keep all stakeholders in the loop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to manage external brand relationships.
  • Comfort with data - you can read a performance report and pull out the insights that matter.
  • Good working knowledge of digital media channels.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, beauty or lifestyle products.

Benefits

  • 25% off most NEXT, MADE*, Lipsy*, Gap* and Victoria's Secret* products (*when purchased through NEXT)
  • Company performance based bonus
  • Sharesave scheme
  • On-site Nursery available; OFSTED outstanding in all areas

  • Restaurants with great food at amazing prices
  • Access a digital GP and other free health and wellbeing services
  • Free on-site parking
