Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact?

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader to take charge of our AP function, mentor a talented team, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and building strong relationships – this is your chance to shine.

What You Will Take On

  • Keep things moving – manage workloads, set priorities, and make sure suppliers get paid on time, every time.

  • Be the go-to problem solver – tackle escalations, system challenges, and tricky queries with confidence.

  • Champion excellence – ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer-first service in everything we do.

  • Drive improvements – spot opportunities to work smarter, embrace automation, and shape better ways of working.

  • Own the numbers – oversee KPIs, reporting, reconciliations, and play a key role in month-end activities.

What You Will Bring

  • Hands-on experience leading an Accounts Payable team (or stepping up into leadership with proven AP expertise).

  • A natural people leader who enjoys mentoring, motivating, and bringing out the best in others.

  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stays calm under pressure.

  • A detail-focused problem solver with strong organisational skills.

  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace change.
