  • Oversee end-to-end image workflows throughout the studio, ensuring full adherence to NEXT image guidelines and stepping into the Digital Operator role when required.
  • Maintain Disaster Recovery strategies for business continuity demands and produce technical reporting documentation to keep senior management informed of progress.

Studio Management, Logistics & Equipment

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of photography, lighting, and IT equipment, ensuring proper organisation, maintenance, and secure storage.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage, system maintenance, and studio safety.
  • Coordinate studio schedules and logistics, managing equipment availability, personnel assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Support Studio Floor Assistants with set changes and studio services, and deputise for the Studio Manager regarding technical, maintenance, or operational issues.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and hardware/software releases to recommend strategic equipment upgrades.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks to minimise studio downtime and streamline daily shoot pipelines.
Technical Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of macOS, Capture One Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, and studio system administration tools.
  • Solid understanding of camera tethering, network solutions, digital backs, and the latest photography and lighting equipment.
