The Role
Step into the role of International Assistant Manager and discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office working within our brilliant Partnerships team.

Please note, this is a 12 months fixed term contract.

Working Pattern: This is a full time role based at 'The Barn', Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role with some international travel.

What You'll Do
Drive international growth as the right-hand partner to the Wholesale & International Manager in this dynamic, high-impact role. You will support with combining strategy and execution by conducting market research, targeting new partners, support with formulating sales budgets, and optimizing profitability across global territories. From working longside the International Project Manager with critical path timelines for new market openings to co-executing trade shows and showroom appointments, you'll work cross-functionally, spanning supply chain, marketing, and merchandising, to build seamless processes and deliver on sales targets. Whether you are delivering hands-on support for sales appointments or shaping market strategy presentations, this varied position places you at the very heart of the brand's global expansion.

What You'll Bring
We would like our new hire to have foundational experience in wholesale support with a desire to learn international account management. International partner management support is preferred but not essential.

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts relationships & deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to define and improve operational processes.
• Highly organized with a strong grasp of office suites (Google Workspace or similar is desirable).
• Ideally, experience in B2B selling platforms
• Foreign language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
