As a Warehouse Team Leader at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

You will be responsible for managing pre-retail for our VS stores across UK & IRE within the Next Distribution Centre in Redhouse. Other product rework tasks may be required by VS Merch to deliver in Redhouse on request.
About the role…
- Pre Retail for a forecasted and turnover dependent volume of stores and New Store Openings as they arise
- Key stores in high turnover locations require pre-retail support, ability to react to this at short notice is required
- Key point of contact with the retail field team
- VS merchandise standards to be met and kept up to date with any change to brand visual direction
- Act as a brand ambassador for VS within Redhouse
- Coach and motivate VS Warehouse team members to high standards
- Support training by creating SOPs
- Quarterly measure of O & M capabilities within the team, reporting back to VS Merch
- Clear communication with all VSHO functions
- Follow on site health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Ability to pick up ad hoc warehousing tasks relating to compliant product
