Are you a passionate and seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving performance, developing talent, and delivering results? We are looking for a seasoned store manager on a 12 month FTC maternity cover to join our retail team leading our Covent Garden store.
As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s profitability and customer experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team and ensure every aspect of the business, from merchandising to operations, is running smoothly and effectively.
To be a successful Store Manager at GAP you will-
- Lead and inspire your team to exceed all business goals and performance metrics
- Build and maintain a culture rooted in engagement, accountability and collaboration
- Identify and develop talent, fostering a team that delivers results and supports the overall business, as well as each other
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through strong service and execution
- Manage store operations, visual merchandising and stock flow
- Maintain compliance with all policies and company standards
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive strategic solutions

- You have exceptional commercial understanding, with the know how to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers

- A great communicator and can work naturally with people at all levels. You stay calm and approachable even under pressure - always realistic with your expectations of others
- Confidently problem solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward
- Experienced in leading and coaching a high performing team and effectively dealing with people issues
An effective multi tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload
