About the team

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser to join our fashion department. Working alongside the buying team you will use analysis and experience to forecast sales and stock levels whilst building a commercial range together to ensure our customers have something to satisfy their needs.

 

Within this role you will

 

  • Maximise profit by ensuring size ratios/returns rates are reflective of the customer needs and reviewed accordingly to website.
  • Be responsible for ensuring intake targets are achieved and ensure launch product is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product performance across the various channels and understand how to impact performance.
  • Contribute to department strategy demonstrating an ability to recognise innovative ideas and solutions, which have a commercial gain.
  • Develop your Merchandise Assistant through their development programme, by identifying and setting measurable objectives and developing a flexible management style as appropriate to their needs.

 

Criteria

 

  • Experience operating at an Assistant Merchandiser level.
  • Extensive experience within the fashion industry.
  • Educated to degree level or studies completed in relevant field highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead as well as have a flexible approach and ability to be reactive.

We’re currently recruiting for Merchandise Assistants to join our ever growing fashion team. You will own the achievement of the Critical Path in terms of guaranteeing that stock is receipted into the business and processed in a timely manner through to the product going live. You will work with the team and suppliers whilst providing admin support to progress results. This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of each line.

About the role

 

To coordinate administrative support within the Supply Chain Team.  Working closely with internal stakeholders from divisions; Merchandising, Buying, Finance and Warehouse Sites to ensure all Branded Refurb stock lines are available in a timely manner across all sales channels.

 

Within this role you will

 

  • Monitor flow of Refurb stock into the business across all channels in line with; Phase/Seasonal/Launch deadlines.
  • Oversee keying of packing lists and pre-advice by Pune team.
  • Communicating shortages / over delivery to Product Teams, to enable prompt resolution.
  • Report on Supplier Compliance and Performance to promote improvement across all areas.
  • Cleardown of residual stock, act as main point of contact for Refurb RTM.
  • Standardising the delivery paperwork across the business and enhancement of Supplier Manual content.
  • Onboarding of new supplier to ensure they are fully equipped to enter the business.
  • Ensure all suppliers are datafixed alongside Next Product Teams.
  • Liaise with finance and warehousing regarding finance payment queries.
  • Support the Assistant Supply Chain Manager where required with delivering Supply Chain Strategy objectives.
  • Perform PO house-keeping to ensure that no dates are past due, all PO’s on the system are “live” across all departments.
  • Act as main point of contact for Fastrack query resolution – become Lipsy’s Expert Fastrack User.
  • Execute/Develop/Build Daily/Weekly/Monthly Supply Chain reports in line with the departments objectives.
  • Work closely with internal/external stakeholders and identify process improvements.
  • Develop a close working relationship with the operational warehouse teams across all sites. 
  • Gather and distribute feedback on Pune team performance to agreed deadline
  • To complete any other duties as reasonably requested by the company to ensure the continuous development of the business and strategy.

 

Criteria

 

  • Previous experience within a import / export environment, or experience 3 party track and trace system would be advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly organised, analytical in nature.
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills – previous experience with relationship building a bonus.
  • Knowledge freight procedures would be beneficial.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience of using Purchase Order Management / ERP system would be desirable.
  • Experience working within Fashion Retail / Supply Chain / FMCG environment.

About the team

 

We have an exciting opportunity within our Supply Chain team for an efficient and driven Supply Chain Administrator. Within this role you will ensure that all administrative duties are managed and completed in a timely manner to assist with the smooth flow of the Supply Chain Department. Working with the SC team, warehouse and a diverse supplier base, the role will offer a variety of different tasks and reports to complete on a daily and weekly basis.

 

 

Within this role you will

 

  • Maintaining data, creating reports and supporting the team to analyse and make decisions based on the information provided
  • Contributes in the monthly Supply Chain performance meeting with report generation as specified by the team
  • Maintains the Warehouse intake spreadsheets and updates this on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis

  • Knowledge of OTB as well as experience of managing OTB at a category and total level, reacting to any areas of opportunity/concerns
  • Confident with using a WSSI to accurate forecasting for the market and able to use initiative to solve problems

About the Team

 

We are recruiting for a Retoucher to join our innovative and fun Studio team based in Premier Park. Within this role you will be retouching imagery for the Lipsy/Next Brands website. Working closely with the Creative Team to ensure the delivery of creative, high quality imagery is in line with brand guidelines and delivered within set timescales to business deadlines.

 

Within this role you will

 

  • Retouching of high quality Lipsy/Next Brands imagery in line with the studio guidelines and creative requirements of the business.
  • Responsible for ensuring there is accurate colour correction of imagery shot in the studio against product or digital swatches.
  • Maintain the studio folder structure and workflow.
  • Execute processes efficiently; maintaining and ensuring all daily volumes, deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively resolving creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions.
  • Establish and maintain close relations with Creative team, to ensure all budgets and timelines are met and to efficiently communicate any delays to Studio Manager.
  • Work closely with the Shoot Team to ensure the best possible image is captured and suggest alternative methods to achieve the desired result in the most efficient way.
  • Accurately following detailed retouching notes provided by our photographers and stylists to meet Lipsy guidelines.
  • Be responsible for highlighting any retouching/colour issues.
  • Where appropriate, attend pre-shoot meetings to collate relevant information and agree any actions that need to be dealt with.
  • Oversee all IT equipment (Mac Pro Towers, EZIO screens, Hard drives, etc), calibrating screens regularly and keep a tidy and organised work area.
  • Offer technical image retouching and guidance to all team members.
  • Completion of ad hoc duties as set out by the Management team.

 

Criteria

 

  • Have image retouching experience in a photo studio environment within the fashion/ ecommerce industry.
  • Experience using the latest Photoshop software and all image retouching practices.
  • Good knowledge of image capture, photography and studio lighting.

About the Team

 

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our innovative and much valued People Team at Head Office. With full end to end accountability for recruiting entry level vacancies across the business. You will work proactively alongside our existing Recruitment Team and in partnership with the Hiring Managers to source only the best talent for the Lipsy. Within this role you will

 

  • Own the recruitment process from search, attraction, first & second stage and final stage interviews for all entry level vacancies across a select client group within the business.
  • Organise job briefing meetings with the Hiring Manager and People Partner and ensure the supporting documentation is completed and filed accordingly.
  • Work with hiring Managers and People Partners to ensure that job descriptions are reviewed and updated for all new vacancies or to update as and when a role is briefed in.
  • Continually review, identify and implement new ways of improving the on-going methods used to manage recruitment and selection process, which includes website recruitment, social media and 3 party providers.
  • Pro-actively support the People Partner team and hiring Managers with their recruitment needs and any required benchmarking.
  • Support the Recruitment Partners with any recruitment related projects.
  • Lead any administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks related to the recruitment processes when required
  • Support with the preparation and delivery of our presence at external careers fairs and internal recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain an external “talent pool” of candidates who are identified as high potentials for your client group vacancies.
  • Source & evaluate new and existing job boards that are suitable for our requirements and that maximise the team’s performance.
  • Supporting internal social media efforts, highlighting important vacancies and recruitment related updates to be shared with the wider business.
  • Champion and deliver the Lipsy Candidate Experience and seek ways in which this could be improved further.

 

Criteria

 

  • Previous experience in recruiting for head office fashion roles, specifically, Buying & Merchandising functions would be highly advantageous.
  • In-house recruitment experience is preferred but agency experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and deliver an outstanding level of service.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Experience with phone interviews, candidate screening, multiple stage interview processes and any required review or evaluation.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
