Summary

The role

We are currently undergoing a significant transformation of our Finance operations through the implementation of a world-class Oracle Fusion ERP system.

We have an opportunity for a knowledgeable Oracle Fusion ERP P2P Lead to join our dedicated project team at Head Office. This is your chance to lead the design and delivery of business-critical finance processes, ensuring our operations are efficient, controlled, and future-proof.

The impact you’ll make

You will take ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules, with a focus on Payables Invoices and their impact on the wider supplier data model.

  • Process Design: Define the “to-be” P2P processes and embed strong financial controls that meet both regulatory and operational needs.

  • Strategic Road-map: Make and document key design decisions that provide a clear path for system integration.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside data migration, reporting, and change management teams to ensure a smooth project life-cycle.

  • Technical Integration: Contribute to business impact assessments and review integration documents while supporting test planning and execution.

  • Business Adoption: Partner with teams to refine training materials and assist with cut-over activities, ensuring a seamless transition for the business.

  • Bridging the Gap: Connect technical requirements with business needs to deliver financial operations that truly work for our people.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for a person who is methodical, self-managed, and a confident communicator across both business and technical teams.

Essential Criteria:

  • Oracle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Payables module and a working understanding of other P2P modules.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking standards, such as ISO 20022.

  • Change Management: Proven experience delivering change initiatives focused on controls, automation, and process improvement.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent documentation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately.

  • Organisation: Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Skills: Competence in Google Workspace, Excel, or PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
