Summary

The Role

Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for turning complex data into powerful business insight?

We’re looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to own and shape our Management Information (MI) reporting strategy — transforming financial and operational data into compelling, high-impact dashboards that drive smarter, faster decisions across our Finance Operations department.

What You’ll Take On

Lead Reporting Strategy: Own the end-to-end life-cycle of data visualisation — from understanding business needs to designing and delivering intuitive, self-service Power BI reports.

Model and Master DAX: Build and optimise semantic data models, applying advanced DAX functions to craft efficient and insightful calculations.

Champion Visual Excellence: Set and uphold Power BI best practices, ensuring every report delivers clarity, consistency, and great user experience.

Partner for Impact: Work closely with Finance Operations and technical data teams to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

Power BI Expertise: Proven mastery across Power BI — from Power Query (M language) to advanced report optimisation.

DAX Wizardry: Exceptional skill in writing, debugging, and optimising complex DAX measures and time-intelligence calculations.

SQL Knowledge: Solid understanding of T-SQL for data extraction and query optimisation.

Experience at Scale: At least 2 years’ experience managing a broad BI reporting portfolio within a large or complex organisation.

Outstanding Communicator: Skilled at translating analytical detail into stories that inspire action among technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Desirable

Experience designing and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks notebooks, workflows, or jobs.

Why join us?

This is your chance to lead the evolution of our data-driven decision-making culture. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, shape best practices, and see your insights make a tangible impact across our business.
