Summary

Our Leicester photo studio is the fast-paced heart of our fashion operations.

As a Studio Production Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring our latest fashion collections move seamlessly through the workflow so our teams can deliver inspiring shoots on time.

This role requires a sharp eye for organisation and a proactive approach to managing stock, working closely with Studio Coordinators to keep our creative space running with precision.

What You’ll Take On

  • You will check in all incoming deliveries and log items through our internal systems with precision.
  • You will manage the daily flow of stock to the studio, ensuring every item is organised and ready for its camera roll imagery.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to resolve item queries
  • You will promptly share stock and sample packages with the right people and organize inventory moves between teams to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Working to the studio schedule, you will process model rails from previous shoots and scan in requirements for the following day, you will also support Studio Coordinators with broader operational tasks.
  • You will also handle priority stock quickly to prevent any delays in the filming or photography schedule.
  • Ensure studio cleanliness, upholding professional standards and maintaining Health & Safety

What You’ll Bring

  • You have strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail, allowing you to manage multiple tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a proactive and reliable team player who communicates clearly and brings a positive approach to every task.
  • You are comfortable working with physical stock, rails, and studio equipment while always following health and safety guidelines.
  • You are confident using Google Suite and hold a full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel to our other studio locations.

We currently have 2 positions available; a permanent and a 3 month temporary contract. The Recruitment Team will discuss candidate preference at the next stage.
