Summary

Location: Doncaster 1 (DN3 3FF)

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 10.00-14.00

Hours: 20 Hours

The role:

We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to help support the department on all
daily data collection, monitoring and reporting of all H&S information for our Doncaster warehouses.

The administrator would be responsible for creating action plans from audits for
the H&S team to complete while also being responsible for the reports on MHE and LOLERs,
repairs and service also sending out to the relevant information to the parties as necessary.

What you’ll take on:

● Produce daily reports, sending daily accident figures highlighting missing information and chase relevant departments.
● Respond to general Health & Safety queries
● Maintaining the NWAS System
● Analyse the monthly accident data across sites
● Support with the provision of First Aid and Fire Warden activity
● Communicate with Brodericks and arrange any work needed on Vending machines, whether it be refilling, cleaning or servicing
● Booking courses for the Operations Facilities Manager and H&S Facilities Coordinators to complete, and managing the request forms for those courses.
● Ordering uniforms for Docking in charge employees and H&S Reps
● Keeping Alcohol and drug test replenished

What you’ll bring:

● Have good organisational and planning skills
● Ability to manage your own time effectively
● Attention to detail
● Possess a pro-active and problem solving approach
● Experience in team working
● Good Knowledge of G-Suite with high computer literacy
