What You’ll Take On

As Garment Technologist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering product across WWR Wovens/Menswear, with responsibility for:

  • Leading front-end product development, including blocks, fit, and construction
  • Driving technical innovation and continuous product improvement across the range
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with the Product team and supply base
  • Approving and progressing product to meet customer expectations, with clear and concise communication both internally and externally
  • Managing the supply base to ensure expectations on quality, fit, and execution are consistently met
  • Leading in-season performance: reviewing product quality, carrying out audits, and using insight to improve product and reduce returns

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where ownership, pace, and accountability are essential and where going above and beyond is simply the norm.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong team player, with excellent people skills and the ability to influence across teams
  • Highly experienced in garment technology, with a sharp eye for fit, quality, pattern, construction, and manufacturing methods
  • Confident working across multiple product areas and genders, with Menswear experience essential
  • A self-starter who uses initiative, makes sound decisions, and follows through on actions
  • Proactive, positive, and driven — always looking to improve product and processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and pace go hand in hand
  • Passionate about product, quality, and continuous improvement
